should be waking up as usual for work .. but the terrible headache n flu causes me to stay on my bed .. kinda breathe difficulty ... decided i don't think I'll be unfit to work.. text ed boss for my unable to work today.. went down for doctor .. long long queue for both clinics .. just drop by the clinic i usually go .... 30mins of waiting .. T.S.F it's your turn .. knock knock .. doctor chin was always greet with his cheerful voice ... told him I've catch a flu n cough sometimes .. he checked on my temperature, my breathing & my throat .. & doctor says, your flu's bad .. throat don't looks good too .. i told him that most days i will catch a flu doing work .. he ask how your working environments like.. i replied .. office - work shop - boss office .. he asked is it over space workshop .. then i said yes, he said I'm having nose allergies due to dustiness .. he suggest a nose spray if my condition still carrys on like this .. i was like nose spray?? will it feels uncomfortable .. yes a bit when u starts using it .. it's to help smoothing ur nose .. i said ok .. haha .. he remind me to drink more water cut down on oily or fried food for my throat .. also eat more fruit that provides vitamins .. exercise more & sleeps early .. hahah.. i was like Ok .. how he know i sleep late .. :) I smiled . thanks n way off for my medicines ... :) given two day MC ... it's so wonderful but tmr i need go back work as boss on leave ... Arrghh .. think of it already feels 101% tears .. (T___T)" Labels: all thanks to the dusty working place ..
