Sickening Boss .. Mr M(client) called looking for Mr S(moii colleague) but he was current still on leave.. so I told Mr M that .. as his MS outlook is down (just install before MR S went holidae) needs service again .. so he ask for moii boss.. I told him, he was always … so he asked me to inform boss to call him now.. .. .. .. I called boss n told him what happens.. he replies me .. I will call him when I’m FREE... I replied but Mr M wants u to call him now as urgently .. Boss said he will SEE HOW..

10mins later..

Mr M called … Kelly have u inform ur boss .. I replied Yes Mr M .. I’m sorry that boss’s currently busy he will returns call ASAP .. Mr M was so angry with boss act .. He told me if boss nvb call him stragiht he will terminate the next contact/all contact with us .. I was like … WTH.. STUPID BOSS. People asks u to call u just call la .. Y so stubborn de.. He’s one of the BIG clients ya … I just don’t understand what’s he was thinking man .. CRAZY man..

Anyway, none of moii business what .. I’ll already done what I can le … I’ve tried to explain ..

But I tin we really lost a Big client All thanks to MR BOSS SMARTy… cus boss ask me does Mr M still owe us money … Yes he did but onli 200++….

Oo Bi Quek if Mr M bad mouth about moii boss .. den he will know what’s a good service to clients is …… & lossing a BIG clients…. :P
